About Us

Michael Arndt - C.Ht., NLMP,  Speaker, consultant, NLP Trainer, hypnotherapist, TV personality and personal empowerment coach. His diverse background has allowed him to work and consult with companies like Avnet Computer, Digital Equipment, Sprint, Earthlink, Wellpoint, the US Army and many more.

He also has a successful private practice coaching clients to make huge personal changes, where other techniques and methods yielded little or no results. After years of assisting clients to overcome their challenges, it was time to expand. In 1999 he formed Designed Thinking.

As a certified NLP trainer, hypnotherapist, timeline therapist and a practitioner of Neuro-Semantics, Michael conducts trainings that give a new perspective and remarkable insightful understanding to the skills of sales and influence. His workshops create an atmosphere that not only enhance communications skills, but motivate attendees to find a renewed commitment in improving their own lives.

He has trained with Tad James, Anthony Robbins, Michael Hall, Kendrick Cleveland, Richard Bandler and many more. He has taught corporate communications and behavior management all over the country and at numerous schools, including The Learning Tree University. In his free time he volunteers for the American Red Cross and tutors homeless children through the “School on Wheels” program. He is affiliated with ABNLP, ABH and NGH.
